Even if some of them can have heavy costs or restrictions, is really worth it to play arround their conditions rather just wait several turns to get them in our Draw Phase. Not only that, but by obtaining the most important cards in the Deck will allow us to prepare our setups as soon as possible. Alternatively, we can immediately obtain the right card to answer any opponent actions and cards on their field, overall making most searching tools worth playing arround to obtain the best cards for the situation.
“Magical Contract Door” is a Spell Card with a quite heavy drawback but that can make it worth the risk in the right build. For its activation “Magical Contract Door” makes us give a Spell Card in our hand to the opponent, but in return of that will allow us to search for a Level 7 or 8 DARK monster to add in our hand. Clearly giving away a Spell Card is a dangerous condition if we end giving the opponent a powerful card, but with many powerful monsters to choose from by this card it might make it not that severe. Not only that, but with the recurrent use of archetypes and other builds focused in a very particular theme, “Magical Contract Door” biggest flaw might not seem that severe on the long run.
DARK monsters are quite recurrent in the card game, so there are many choices to look for with the help of “Magical Contract Door”.
